Your Vote is Your Voice

The Pagal Parivar (henceforth "parivar") Award Rules (hereafter "rules") apply to all the members of the Pagal Parivar. In case of a dispute, preliminary objections can be raised by the means of a mail, which will be addressed to the Convenor of the Awards committee, Jay Purandare. Appeals shall be addressed to the Joint Convenor, Gargi Purandare. Their decision in this regard shall be binding and final. In case of a grievance against the convenor, the preliminary objection will be heard directly by the joint convenor. In case there is a dispute against the joint convenor, A Committe consisting of Rajshekhar Purandare, Nishad Phagre and Jai Dhayagude shall decide the matter.
1. This system will work on the basis of a popular vote.
2. The committee will declare a winner. However if the members of the
Pariavr believe that the winner doesnt deserve the award, they can
vote him out. At the same time they also should indicate the name of
the candidate they believe best fits the category.
3. In case of a Tie, the Convenor, can veto it. His vote can negate
all other votes. Appeals against this veto can be made to the joint
convenor, who will look into the justifications provided by both
Parties and her decision in this regard is Supreme.
In case of any obscenity, The person will be guilty of violating the
"Spirit of the Pagal Parivar", which is a punishable offence.
